Which chapter in World History did you enjoy most this year and why?
In World History my favorite chapter was Ancient Greece. Ancient Greece was my favorite lesson because I think that it was interesting. I have read many books about Greek Myths.
Describe some of the things that you learned in that chapter. Is there a project that you completed that you enjoyed working on?
In chapter 9 Ancient Greece something I learned was that unlike other ancient civilizations, Ancient Greece was not formed by any major rivers, but was mountainous land with deep valleys and rugged highlands. Ancient Greece also used legends and myths to explain things. Myths involved gods and goddesses and explained nature, and legends were about heroes and their great deeds. We didn’t do any projects for this chapter.
What new skills have you learned throughout the year?
Throughout the year I learned new skills. Some of the skills I learned this year were that you should study for tests.
How can you apply this knowledge to the real world?
You can apply this knowledge to the real world to see how much technology has changed from ancient civilizations to today. Also if you study history you will be able to know what everything is.
